Textured Facade Paint Systems Matte and Semi-Matte Finish

Textured Paint Systems with Matte and Semi-Matte Finishes

1. (Uni Primer + TextureNeo + Densil)

This system is used for cement or mineral facades that have cracked or peeled for any reason. After surface preparation, the areas with filler become completely smooth while the rest of the facade retains the natural cement texture, creating a two-tone surface. Using TextureNeo applied with a sponge roller conceals patched areas. After applying Densil, a textured, water-repellent, and dust-resistant finish is achieved.

2. (Uni Primer + DenTex 10-Cut + Densil)

If a coarser and rougher texture than the above system is desired, this textured paint system can be used.

3. (Uni Primer + Rolotex)

When the surface not only has waves but also cracks, and elasticity is also required, Rolotex—a silicone-based, elastic, and textured paint—is a suitable option.

4. (Uni Primer + Knytex)

In some facades, issues such as improper screeding or excessively uneven cement with many voids may be present. In such cases, Knytex, which is applied using a texture sprayer and pump, can be more practical than other systems. To enhance water repellency, a silicone lacquer or Densil silicone paint can be applied over Knytex.

Semi-Matte Textured Paint System

1. (Uni Primer Extra + Rolotex Extra)

This system features higher elasticity than standard Rolotex, with a semi-matte finish. It offers enhanced water and dust repellency and can be applied both with an airless spray machine for a smooth finish or with a sponge roller for an orange peel texture.
