Silicone-based non-textured facade paint is an advanced architectural coating based on silicone resins, specifically designed for use on exterior facades. Due to its unique molecular structure, it is water-repellent (hydrophobic) while still allowing vapor permeability, preventing paint blistering and cracking.

This type of silicone paint provides a natural and uniform finish to building facades and is resistant to UV rays, acid rain, air pollution, and the growth of mold and algae. Unlike textured paints, it creates a smooth and even surface, making it highly suitable for areas requiring a modern and sleek appearance.

Features and Benefits:

• High Water Repellency: Reduces moisture absorption and increases facade durability

• Breathability: Prevents vapor build-up under the paint, reducing cracks

• UV and Weather Resistance: Withstands harsh environmental conditions

• Low Dirt Pick-Up & Partial Self-Cleaning

• Resistant to Mold, Mildew, and Algae

• High Color Durability: Maintains color over time

• Easy and Even Application: Suitable for gypsum, cement, concrete, and more

• Matte or Semi-Gloss Finish: Natural and elegant look

Instructions for Use:

1. Clean the surface of any dust and impurities. If there are irregularities, use multipurpose filler or Pars Deco facade repair putty to smooth it out.

2. Stir the product thoroughly before application.

3. Prepare the surface using Pars Deco Uniprimer

4. Depending on the application method, add a suitable amount of clean water and mix gently until fully uniform.

5. For brush or roller application, usually add 10 to 15% water.

6. Apply in two coats, allowing 6 to 8 hours between each layer.

7. During application and for 24 hours afterward, the surface temperature should be between 10°C and 35°C.

8. Drying Time: At 23°C and around 60% humidity, the surface dries in 6–8 hours. Full curing occurs in 24 hours. Lower temperatures and higher humidity may extend the drying time.

9. It is recommended to avoid washing the painted surface for at least one week after application.

Applications:

• Exterior facades of residential and commercial buildings

• Historical and cultural buildings where breathability is required

• Humid or high-rainfall regions

• Modern buildings requiring a smooth, non-textured finish
