Textured and elastic acrylic exterior paint is a modern coating that, besides its aesthetic appeal, has high elasticity and can cover minor surface cracks on the facade. Due to its water-based and acrylic materials, it has high resistance to moisture, sunlight, and temperature changes, making it suitable for use on building exterior facades.

Features and Benefits:

• Beautiful texture and embossed effect on the surface

• High flexibility and resistance to cracking

• Resistant to moisture, rain, and UV rays

• Fast and easy application with surface breathability

• Resistant to decay and fungus

• Maintains color and beauty over time

Usage Instructions:

1. After cleaning the surface from any contamination, cracked paint, and dust, repair the surface with Pars Deco special exterior putty and prepare the base with Pars Deco Uniprimer.

2. If the topcoat color is other than white, the primer can be tinted to match the topcoat color to increase surface uniformity.

3. The first coat of Rulotex can be diluted with 5% to 10% water and applied by a simple (wool) roller, brush, or spray gun (airless method).

4. For the second coat, which creates texture and a thicker layer than the first coat, do not add water. Use a sponge roller (depending on the sponge pore size) to apply the desired texture.

5. During and after application, ensure the temperature of the painted surface and environment stays between +5°C and +35°C within 24 hours.

6. Drying time: at 23°C, initial tackiness occurs between 4 to 6 hours, and full drying takes 24 hours.

Applications:

• Exterior building facades

• Concrete, cement, and plaster walls

• Old surfaces for repair and recoating

• Environments with variable weather conditions
