Description

Tecnosil textured and elastic glossy exterior paint is an innovative coating based on advanced acrylic resins, specially formulated for outdoor facade use. It offers the ability to create various textures (fine, medium, or coarse), enhancing the building’s visual appeal while effectively concealing surface imperfections.

Its high elasticity makes it resistant to surface cracking and flexible against temperature and humidity changes. The glossy finish reflects light, giving surfaces a clear, clean, and modern appearance.

This textured elastic paint is also resistant to UV rays, moisture, pollution, and acid rain, providing a durable and washable surface.

How to Use:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly from any dirt, cracked paint, and dust. Repair the surface with Pars Deco specialized facade filler and prepare the base coat using Pars Deco Uniprimer Extra.

2. If the topcoat color is different from white, the primer can be tinted to match the topcoat for better uniformity.

3. Dilute the first coat of Tecnosil with 5-10% water and apply using a smooth roller, brush, or airless spray.

4. For the second coat, to create texture and a thicker layer, do not add water. Use a sponge roller (choose pore size according to desired texture) to apply the texture.

5. During and after application, maintain surface and ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C for 24 hours.

6. Drying time: At 23°C, initial set occurs within 4 to 6 hours, and complete drying after 24 hours.

7. Due to the higher thickness of textured paints compared to smooth paints, it is recommended to conduct any testing on the paint at least one week after application.
